Meanwhile, back and the ranch.
Oh, there’s so much going on, I’ve learned to take it one hour at
a time, not just one day at a time. People who have had kids get
them, talk about pre-scan jitters. I think I’ve got ‘em. Son #4 is
going in for his first post op scan one week from today. With
everything we’ve been dealt, I pray we’ll get a clan scan that
shows no tumor re-growth. We’ve got our fingers crossed.
Oh, since son #4 has lost all of the hair on one side of his head
because of radiation, he thinks he can get away with just a little
more. The other day my sweet wife was giving him a bath and said,
“Now we have to wash your hair.” He looked at her indignantly and
said, “But mom, I don’t HAVE any hair!” But, par for the course,
mom got her way and washed what he did have.
One last thing, if you plan on dying (or even if you don’t, and
who does?) get yourself a will and put is where someone can find
it. It will save your family a lot of grief later.
For those of you who get this as email...
Enjoy today’s Jokes!
